Nanami leans heavily into one night stands, FWB, and casual encounters due to a lack of stable future and just overall emotional damage. As far as gender and age, I play relatively loose as long as the chemistry is there and the partner in question is mentally mature enough for that kind of relationship. Characters with stunted emotional development or high dependency on others for basic decision making are off the sexual encounters table, since he's more parental toward anyone who is vulnerable. General sexual inexperience or some gap in age is fine, but will be a case-by-case based on the character's overall autonomy. Genderfluid characters, gender switching characters, non-human species, etc are all fine.

I tend to favor crosscanon and love surprises CR chemistry.

However, I'm pretty open to others if the chemistry is good, and I heavily prefer messy, complicated, or somewhat antagonistic encounters over actual relationships. UST, substitution, reluctant attraction, etc.

Haibara specifically is an important part of Nanami's development as a character, and I prefer to play out the present with current canon intact for him. Haibara is a pivotal loss and important as a symbol of missed opportunity, and I don't want to alter that role in Nanami's present development, so smut for him is also off the table.
